Had a great experience here. The environment is comfortable, clean, and offers good privacy. The staff explained the entire process clearly and really helped negotiate a fair price for the precious jewelry I brought in. Even though the market value had dropped, he made sure I got a reasonable price, and I left the shop very satisfied. The counter staff are always busy but remain attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hi, I went to the store at lucky plaza to sell my jewellery. The staff who served me was extremely kind and patient! He was meticulous and was able to breakdown the grams and explain clearly the process. He was patient even though it was 45 mins pass his working hours. He deserve a raise! Great service.
