I had such a wonderful experience at Otakaraya! The staff was incredibly kind, sweet and warm, and made the whole evaluation process feel comfortable and pleasant. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated how thorough the checks were and the time they took with the appraisal. Also appreciate the straightforwardness of the process. Stringent, but fair. She is not only a great evaluator but also genuinely lovely to deal with. Her professionalism, patience and warmth really stood out, and I left feeling very well taken care of. Thank you, for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!
