What a great experience! The environment is comfortable, clean, and offers good privacy room. The staff explained the whole process clearly, and he really went to bat to negotiate a fair price for the precious jewelry I brought in. Even though the market value had dropped, he made sure I got a reasonable price, and I left the shop very satisfied. The counter staff are always busy but remain attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!
